First, load your model into Cura and 'Switch to full settings'
Next, select 'Pause at height' from the Plugins tab and click the down arrow to add the plugin to the workflow.
Change the view to 'Layers' so you can see how each layer will be printed. Blue lines indicate non-print moves. You will need to identify the layer (therefore the height) where you want to pause.
Enter the pause height in mm under 'Pause height (mm)'. To calculate the pause height multiply your layer height by the layer at which you want to pause. In this case layer height is 0.250 mm and we want to pause at layer 16 to place a coin into the bottle opener: 16 * 0.250 mm = 4 mm.
Now we can see that on layer 16 the print head will move up by the amount specified in 'Head move Z (mm)' (10 mm) then move to the park location (X100 Y100). This will give us a change to place a coin in the bottle opener before continuing the print.
Finally, save and print the gcode like normal.
